Customers within the European Union are protected under EU consumer law, including the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days for eligible products.
In addition, we offer a 30-day quality guarantee covering manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: items that have been used, worn, washed, or show signs of handling; items missing original packaging or accessories; items not in resaleable condition.
Additionally, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products.
Quality Guarantee (30 Days)
If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
Damaged or Faulty Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days and provide photo or video evidence. We will replace the item or refund you at no extra cost.
Lost Shipments
If your package does not arrive, we will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, you will receive a replacement or full refund.

Wait for confirmation and instructions, then return the item to the address below.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
We do not charge restocking fees.
